Our History

My mission at Ambient Space Photography has always been to capture the essence of urban sports and its environment since 2019 by any means necessary.

My journey started at my early years as a photography student with a liking for urban exploration. I later found a love urban sports after experiencing the atmosphere and scenes it created. Later through my course, I learnt how to use aerial drones to help take photos from hard-to-reach angles and thus further extending my abilities to experiment and explore with both photography and urban environments.

My family has had a long history of photographers within it, and what began as a hobby, soon took on to becoming my main career choice. With the guidance of my father and grandfather who both also held a passion for photography since they were young, I was able to grasp a great understanding of the world of photography even at a young age.

Although I’ve been studying photography for over 4 years now, I still have much that I’ll need to improve on for the future.

Our Ethos

As a person who shares both a love for photography and urban environments, I'm very passionate about trying to capture the energy and atmosphere that exists within the excat moment of a shot. I believe that every performer has a story to tell through their movements and actions, and I believe my goal is to capture those moments in a way that spreads their story and potentially motivates others.

To me, urban sports is about pushing yourself to the limits, breaking barriers and improving. Whether it's skateboarding, parkour, or BMX, these sports are a show of, self-expression, and creativity that I believe is an ever improving and limitless form of art style.

Through my images, I hope to inspire others to also try going out and exploring their local cities and potentially even pick up urban sporting.

Qualifications and Experiences

My passion for photography came about in my early teen years and what started as a hobby became a focus point as a career path in my late secondary years, taking arts and photography as final year subjects. Later, I would go on to taking it in my college years, before finally studying in university were I undertook the use of drones in my work.

Although my passion for Urban environments and urban sports didn’t stem until my late college years, I still pride myself over the research and effort I have undergone to take some of my best photos revolving around urban sports. I have undergone courses and lessons both in education and out of education that have helped improve my skill greatly, as well being previously open to coaching and teaching secondary to college years basics on photography and camera work.

As a qualified photographer, I am both skilled behind a camera and drone with years of experience behind me. I have had numerous photos in the past be requested to be published on the front of magazines, photo albums, decoration and have been interviewed by a handful of media outlets. Finally, I have received several awards and accolades for my work and aim to keep going.

Services

While still undergoing education at University, I have considered marketing my skills and abilities to contractors and business at a future date. However, at this stage I will not be selling any of my images / products or my services through my website directly. I will still take enquiries through my contact form that you can also find on my website and will be able to give you a response in 1-3 business days.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to be able to work with you in the near future.
